When you arrive at the dealership, you will be promptly greeted by a Service Attendant or Advisor. A quick conversation with the Service Advisor will help you understand the services required at that visit. You will then be escorted to the lounge to wait in comfort and style. As your car receives the care it needs, you'll also be enjoying the luxury of our lounge.

You are our first priority! That's why we designed every detail of our state-of-the-art service  center with convenience and comfort in mind. We want to make sure that life continues uninterrupted while your car is being serviced.


We know life doesn't stop just because your car needs service.

If required, our shuttle drive or loaner coordinator can arrange alternative transportation. While your car is being serviced with the best, keep your day moving along by getting a ride to your home or office, or driving away with a quality loaner vehicle.

Lounge amenities include:

  • Free snacks, gourmet coffee, and other beverages
  • 61" DLP theater-style TV
  • Luxurious sofas and desks with outlets
  • Live video feeds from the service department
  • Free high speed WiFi
  • Complimentary loaner iPads
  • BMW boutique offering OEM parts and stylish accessories.

As each service appointment includes a complimentary hand-wash, your car will be returned to you in better condition than we received it. If you have questions about your BMW while at the dealership, ask a BMW Genius. They can answer all of your questions regarding the performance, comfort, and technology features in your BMW.

When your car's service is complete, your Service Advisor will notify you right away. Vehicles can be picked up anytime before 7pm during the week or by 3:30pm on Saturday. With respect for your time, your Service Advisor will go over the services completed and answer any questions you may have before returning your keys.
