Sure, the sharp exterior of a new BMW might cause you to fall in love at first sight, but then you sit in the driver's seat and see, first-hand, all of the details the automaker worked out to ensure you'd have the most luxurious driving experience in the world. But then - then you hit the accelerator and your really know what puts BMW above and beyond all the rest.
It's what's under the hood that really seals the deal - those powerful and fun-to-drive engines. Which, by the way, helped BMW take home four International Engine of the Year awards.
Yup, BMW took first place in the 3.0- to 4.0-liter class with their 414-horsepower, 4.0-liter V8 (featured in the M3). The automaker also earned awards for their 181-horsepower 1.6-liter engine in the 1.4- to 1.8-liter class; their 241-horsepower 2.0-liter twin-turbocharged engine in the 1.8- to 2.0-liter class (found in the 3 Series); and the 3.0-liter 335 horsepower bi-turbo six (as seen in the 1 Series M Coupe.
The thing about engines is that you really need to drive the cars they power to believe they're worth all of the awards they've won.
Kuni BMW invites you to do just that here at 10999 SW Canyon Rd Beaverton, OR 97005. We're happy to answer any of your questions about model specs, trim levels, and other pertinent details.
